Me and Jacob on our quest for the Ultimate Pizza

My parents are out of town and so I decided to have some fun.

Me and Jacob have started doing this thing where we make a pizza, from scratch, dough and all…

In order to distinguish it from regular pizza, which a Swede buys from a local pizzeria, we ironically define whatever we create as pirre.

And then we try to cram every single thing we like on them…we pop them in the oven and out comes thick, gooey goodness that we overeat…

And then maybe we watch a movie or something.

Today we put:

  • Two types of cheese..a Präst one and some parmeggiano
  • A completely from-scratch flavorful mince mixture with some cream, finely chopped veggies, lots of garlic, chili…aivar
  • Bacon
  • Pine nuts
  • Ruccola
  • Falafel

The point is to be over the top, of course it is!

It was supposed to be somewhat sectioned into three… with the bacon-pine nut-ruccola side, a falafel wall in between and then a cheezy, gooey mince side.

It tasted waaaay better than it looks hahaha… I think we keep making too much dough so it’s almost always like an American style pizza.

Next time the Ruccola will be applied after it has baked though, hahaha…

There may or may not have been some drinks involved in all of this.

We barely touched the Ice-cream and decided to watch some Adventure Time until it was really late.
